Axiatonal lines lay along the acupuncture meridians, and feed into major spin points that lie near the surface of the skin. Spin points are small spherical vortices of electromagnetic energy that emit Light and Sound frequencies which cause the atoms of molecules in the cells to spin faster creating celllular regeneration.

Teresa Stout a visionary artist, hypnotherapist, energy practitioner, and speaker, has been practicing and teaching alternative energy work including Reiki and use of crystals close to 20 years. 

Crystals and their healing properties have been used in every culture for thousands of years. Teresa will share the basics with you on how to choose and connect with crystals to get the most from them. How to keep them clear and energized. How they can help you in your everyday life, This includes removing blockages and connecting with your inner guidance. You will receive your own to work with.

Future classes will be held to share many different techniques such as channeling with crystals, programming them, balancing chakras and body, crystal healing grids, integrating crystal healing with Reiki and other modalities plus much more.

There are many meditation forms and techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional balance, calmness" and much more.  I believe there is no "right way to meditate.  Each person is unique, therefore it's good to explore all the diffrent possibilities until you find what works for you.

The beginner classes are about connecting with breath, body awareness, and to awaken creativity. You will be guided throughout this process. 

More advance classes will be focused on Trancendental meditation, which allows to go beyond a persons state of being. Sometimes allowing spiritual and heightend awareness.

1 hour sessions $50 or 3 for $125
